Objective:
Assist the client by answering his questions while he is on vacation or preparing his vacation.

2. LEGAL ASSISTANCE
Objective: Inform the client on his rights and obligations and assist the client to avoid or resolve a dispute .
Legal information is given on all legal matters relative to the client's private and family life:
Information is given by a lawyer with more than 5 years of experience
The answers given are motivated
The number and length of calls are unlimited
The service is offered from Monday to Friday, between 9H00 and 17h00.
3. HOME ASSISTANCE
Objective: Assist the client in finding solutions to problems relative to his residence or place of business.
Referral services to experts such as electricians, plumbers, or other experts for renovation, maintenance or emergency purposes

4. EVERYDAY LIFE ASSISTANCE
Objective: Assit Aide le client à trouver des solutions à un problème relié à la vie courante

Road conditions
5. CONVALESCENCE AND HEALTH-ACCESS INFO ASSISTANCE
Objective: Answer the clients' health related questions
Answer questions on:
Emergency issues
Sickness
Medications
Child care
Give information on local, private and public resources (ex: convalescence matters)
Offer reassuring assistance and support
